Progress at Uhtend

• We hosted 3 events last week.

• 13 newsletter members added.

• Limit newsletter unsubscribers from registering to our events.

• Updated the points system for sign ups vs no shows on Monday.

It’s small growth but we love it!

The idea of EMIs to buy tickets is crazy.

Recently we read about folks taking out loans to buy Coachella tickets.

There were folks here who did the same for Coldplay & Lollapalooza.

More trends on EMIs/loans to attend gigs or concerts keep appearing.

Let’s be real — this is not healthy.

If you are thinking of attending a concert, always think:

1. Is it more than 10% of my monthly revenue or salary?

2. What are the downsides of not going altogether?

In the end emotions will win though it’s best to take good financial decisions.

BNPL has normalised turning anything into 3 easy monthly payments but you end up paying interest or condition yourself to stay on EMIs month after month.

Taking up general poll on the events under ₹500 section

We often post events under ₹500 we find exciting or worth considering but looking at our newsletter data the clickthrough is quite limited.

In essence, most users find it easy to find these events after a while using the right filters.
